1946Founder Ikuzo Suzuki established "Kodomo Manga Shinbunsha" (February 11th)
1946First issue of "Kodomo Manga Shinbun" was published.
1954Sekaibunkasha was established in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
1958First issue of the monthly "Kateigaho" was published.
1963New office building (now Sebun Annex) completed and moved to the current location in Ichigaya
1966Ikuzo Suzuki was appointed Chairman of the Board, and Tsutomu Suzuki was appointed President.
1968Wonder business launched. Also entered the childcare business.
1985The Shopping Division was established. Full-scale launch of mail-order business.
1997Event Business Department was established and developed various original events.
1997"SEKAIBUNKA.com" was established.
1999Tsutomu Suzuki was awarded with the Blue Ribbon Medal of Honor.
2005Tsutomu Suzuki was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette.
2009Tsutomu Suzuki was appointed Chairman and Minako Suzuki was appointed President.
2016Renovation of the annex building was completed and renamed "Seven Annex." 1st&3rd Floor = Nursery School, 4th Floor = Child Care Center, 5th Floor = Music The 6th floor is named "Seven Square" and will be used for our academy business.
2019Established Premium Travel Agency Inc. Full entry into the luxury travel business.
2020Transition of the group structure to Sekaibunka Holdings Inc. as the core company.
